Our Negroni Marmalade, created in collaboration with Graveney Gin, brings together bitter-sweet citrus, vibrant orange and the botanical character of gin for a sophisticated preserve with a distinctly grown-up edge.
Inspired by the iconic Negroni, it’s beautifully balanced between citrusy, bittersweet and subtly botanical — perfect spread generously on warm sourdough, paired with a cheeseboard or spooned into your next cocktail.
Made in small batches in Tooting, south London.

Oranges, Graveney Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Sugar, Pectin, Lemon Juice
