About Us

 

Suve (pronounced soove) is a small, artisanal jams and preserves business run by husband and wife team, Padraig and Violet. Based in Tooting, South west London, all jams are made in small batches to ensure the best quality and flavours. 

The story originates in summer of 2022, when Padraig started experimenting with making jam from a neighbour’s plum tree. Over the years, he has created unique and unforgettable flavours and so in 2025, Suve was finally born!

The name Suve, is a twist on subh, which is the Irish word for jam; a nod to Padraig who was born and raised in Ireland. But our flavours are more global, many inspired by Violet’s Persian roots, the changing seasonal ingredients and the rich cultural encounters that surround us in London. 

We aim to make each jar bold, vibrant and a little unexpected - just enough to pleasure your tastebuds so you come back for more.
